Availll
I enjoy Availll because we get to watch movies and do learning at the same time and the movies are really funny and awesome. my favorite activity in Availll is...... last word you have got to read the subtitles and the last word that was said you have write down but if you don't spell it correctly you don't get the point.

My spelling goal is to complete list 7
My writing goal is to write about a moment in time using a picture prompt
use a variety of simple, compound and complex sentences
My reading goal is to predict what come next in the story by using pictures and things that went on in the story before.
My blog goals are to add more detail to my blog and to complete all the set blogs for next term.
Integrated learning
I have presented my narrative using story book creater
I worked with Lelah 5RM.
My narrative showed empathy by THE no extincts knew that animals where going extinct so they helped animals.
The thing I enjoyed most about this learning was we got to create our own story.
Something I learnt about Myths and Legends was they aren't true and some change though the years.
Art atack
Amelia T's Art Attack Blog, Week 5, Term 3
WHAT?
For art attack my goal was to produce a piece of art related to our local landscape using pastel.
With Mrs Marsh I learned about foreground, midground and background in landscapes.
SO WHAT?
- I learned about the midground, foreground and background.
- Rivers, mountains, grasses and flax bushes
- dark on foreground light on background and a mix in midground.
- I enjoyed using different colored pastels.
- doing small mountains and big flax bushes.
- drawing the landscape was easy but choosing the right colored pastel was hard.
NOW WHAT?
- I would like to do water color next because I what to use water in my next picture.
- I would like to get better at showing stuff in the background.
Year 4 camp
WALT: expereince a night away from home
I learned how to make a newspaper tyre
Here is an example of my learning: we had to get in a group and the first person got some news paper and some duct tape to stick the news paper together and make sure it is big enough for your group
Next time I will make a thicker news paper tyre
Swimming
Walt: breathe to the side while swimming
I learned:to breathe to the side
Here is a example of my learning: we did freestyle and breathing to the side
Next time I will: roll out onto my arm better and bring my shoulder out more
Blogging week 7/8
WALT: Design a floor plan for an area in our school.
I learned to measure by foot.
Here is an example of my learning: the play ground was
85 feet long.
Next time I will use a tape measure because it is faster and easier.

I learned to throw, strike and kick large balls.
Here is an example of my learning: I showed my throwing skills in basketball.
Next time I will try to kick large balls better.
